Please Note that to be a publisher, you must answer a detailed questionnaire about your email list and mailing practices.

Primarily Requirements:

  1. Your List is built exclusively by members directly subscribing to your list by your website
  2. No Members have been "Permission Passed", bought, been received freely or through any other means without the member positively accepting membership in your list
  3. The from line of your email is from your brand, which is recognized by your members
  4. You are White-listed on some or all of the major ISPs.
